The meals that I post here have become a regular part of my new and improved life style. This one is a 350 calorie lunch/dinner recipe. I like to balance my meal with protein, carbs and essential fats, though I tend to lean more towards lean protein. That was truly unintentional. Lean towards lean, get it ?? Ok, not very funny.
